Hosting a YLAI Fellow

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with a YLAI Fellow as a host organization partner! The YLAI Fellowship is currently looking for businesses and organizations that are passionate about cross-cultural understanding, learning, and forging lasting partnerships with entrepreneurs from across the Americas. Host organizations will partner with a fellow for a month-long collaboration in Spring 2022 to actively support fellows' networking, learning, and goals for scaling their business. Host partners and YLAI Fellows collaborate on mutually beneficial, strategic projects that address fellows' business challenges and align with their interests and professional goals.

Speaker Opportunities

IREX is seeking speakers for our Opening Orientation and Closing Forums. Attendees will include 280 YLAI Fellows and external guests from organizations supporting business development and connection in the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada. These will be high-profile events and are unique opportunities to gain exclusive exposure to a network of rising entrepreneurial leaders, businesses, start-ups, and social enterprises from across the Americas.

Both in-person and virtual speaking opportunities are available.

Pitch Judge Opportunities

IREX is seeking judges to evaluate semi-finalists and finalists for a pitch competition that will culminate at YLAI's in-person Closing Forum in Washington, DC. Competitors will pitch a solution to their business challenge. Judges will evaluate pitches based on feasibility, impact, and delivery. The competition will take place in Spring 2022.
